I understand, life is wild! Rescheduling and Cancellations will be accepted "no later than" 24 hours prior to your scheduled service at no charge. Should you need to Reschedule or Cancel your appointment "less than" 24 hours prior to your scheduled service, you will be automatically charged 30% of your scheduled service price. In the event the client is a "No-call / No-show" to their scheduled service, you will automatically be charged 100% of your scheduled service price. *Communication is key to avoid the fee!
